Betsy J. Lahue, MPH
Betsy Lahue has over twenty-five years’ experience in medical innovation value assessment, evidence generation, real-world data strategies, health economics, outcomes research, reimbursement and health technology assessment. As a former executive responsible for Global Health Economics Outcomes Research, Marketing Development and Medical Affairs, Betsy served on both Commercial and R&D leadership teams and regularly presented to the Board of Directors for a Fortune 500 healthcare company. Her experiences span all sectors of life science technology including pharma/biotech, medical device and diagnostics. In rare diseases, Betsy had an opportunity to broker novel funding and access arrangements with national and regional authorities. As Managing Director at Alkemi, Betsy provides strategic guidance to clients on product value assessments, evidence plans, regulatory endpoints and payer/HTA strategies to ensure patient access at the value-based price. Ms. Lahue received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and English from Amherst College and her MPH from the Boston University School of Public Health.
